We want you to love your One Hundred Stars garments, but if they aren't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold your garments into their original packaging, ensuring the inclusion of the delivery note to help our team identify your order.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the generated prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
